Please read the following guidelines before ordering or obtaining an RMA#

All our remanufactured/compatible toner cartridges come with 90 days money back and 180 days replacement or exchange warrantly

Contact us at inkjetcombo@gmail.com (Include your order # and your full name) to obtain a RMA #

Any return without RMA # will not be processed .

Non-Defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee

Items must be in original product packaging.

Product must be packaged in a box other than the manufacturers packing.

Defective Return

* Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable, except in the event of a packing error.

* If the product was damaged on arrival please contact Fedex or USPS immediately for damage report. This will protect both supplier and consumer .we will exchange for you at no charge.

* All items seeking a return authorization for a replacement between the 90 days to 180 days warranty, customer will cover all costs of shipping and reshipping.

* If you contact us after 180 days, we cannot issue a RMA#, replacement(s) or refund.

* If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened, we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition. .

What if I received a wrong product?

* Contact us first, we will email you a prepaid return label and when we receive the wrong product, we will exchange for you at no charge.

* Customer must notify us within 14 days of receveing the incorrect item or missing an item

* Refund will be processed within 2 days after we receive your return.Please allow 5-8 days to show the credit on your credit card.
